Stay in a homestay while studying Spanish
Stay with a host family during your Spanish learning journey to experience an authentic Oaxacan lifestyle. Our homestay program offers more than accommodation; it provides a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the local culture and practice your Spanish in everyday situations.
Our carefully selected host families provide clean, comfortable accommodation with the option of private or shared rooms. You'll have the chance to interact with your host family daily, enhancing your language skills and giving you insights into family dynamics, Mexican society, and current events.
All our homestay families are conveniently located near or within the Historical Center, ensuring you are just a short walk from the Instituto. Our team inspects each home to guarantee every student a safe, comfortable, and culturally enriching stay.

If you enjoy greater freedom and privacy, renting an apartment might be the best option while attending ICO Language School in Oaxaca. In addition, leasing a serviced apartment or studio can give you more control over your daily routines and activities without relying on the support or guidance of a homestay family or the B&B team. Renting an apartment might be an excellent option for those students who have committed to staying in Oaxaca to study at ICO Language School for an extended period.
